The Independent Housing Facility is designed to offer adults with special needs permanent supportive housing, so that they may the live independently while having access to resources and assistance. The Facility is located in a scenic area very close to public amenities, including a large library and other health care facilities. Each apartment is provided with private outdoor space, and the Community room has a large deck overlooking farms and a small stream valley. The architecture references Western Reserve domestic vernaculars.
